Project Management

Objectives and description

The objective of the Project Management was to organise, co-ordinate and follow-up the research work and the co-operation between the different tasks and subtasks respectively the research teams engaged therein.

Further the project management was responsible to handle all matters including financial and contractual affairs with and to maintain the links to the European Commission.
 

Deliverables

The deliverables elaborated within the project management and co-ordination work complied with the demands for European Commission and MAST III RTD project's to be in particular
  • semi-annual management / progress reports,
  • annual reports,
  • cost statements and time sheets,
  • the project's final report,
  • as well as all required consortium internal documentation of all consortium relevance / character (e.g. Minutes of Meeting).


Interdependence and links with other tasks

The project management work and the project co-ordination as horizontal activities interacted per se with all tasks of the project and requires co-operation with and input from all project teams.
