P&P was founded
in 1988 by Hannes Posch, a Civil Engineer working on overseas projects
since 1965. Fritz Schwaiger, Civil/ Water Engineer by profession, joined
P&P in 1989 and became Partner in 1993, after having worked overseas
since 1983.
STRENGTH
With some 20 permanent
employees P&P are, by international standards, a small company but
have through their permanent joint ventures with partner companies and
broad base of highly qualified part time experts the capability to manage
and execute large projects successfully. The young and dynamic team is
organised in a matrix scheme, thus being very flexible.
Experience
P&P is strongly
export oriented. Some 80% of turnover is achieved through overseas projects
financed by International Banks and Development Organisations. P&P
has carried out projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and
South America. P&P not only concentrates on technical issues but also
provides assistance in capacity and institution building.

LOCATION
P&P offices are
located in Innsbruck, the capital of the province of Tyrol, also well known
for hosting the Winter Olympics twice. The office is situated within walking
distance of Innsbruck airport, nevertheless we promise to pick you up there.

Euronet Consulting,
a pan-European group of established Consultancies, each with its principal
office in an EU member state. The network was established in Brussels primarily
with the intention of making the services of its member companies available
to the European Commission.
AWT - Austrian Water
Technologies, a group of Austrian consulting firms specialising in water
and environmental projects, P&P being the founder member.
SHPT - Small Hydro
Power Tyrol, the experts in the development of small hydropower. P&P
is one of the 4 specialised companies who founded SHPT. We can develop
a project from conception through design, construction and operation, ensure
financing and even take over equity.
PAT - Phostrip Abwassertechnik,
a specialised company of P&P established for marketing, research and
further development of the Phostrip process, also recycling of the separated
Phosphorus.
GPS - Geometer Posch
- Sollereder are specialists in surveying; from land registry, setting
out, precision levelling through topographic survey, GPS, satellite imagery
and photogrammetry.
